CRICKET: Horncastle look for winning boost

Horncastle Cricket Club will be chasing their second Lincolnshire County League win of the season tomorrow (Saturday) when they visit First Division rivals Outcasts.

Skipper Nick Paige and his players have been out of action recently due to a combination of the weather and cup commitments for other teams.

They face a difficult test against Outcasts who are currently in third place in the table with three wins from their seven games.

Meanwhile, Horncastle are also in action on Sunday when they entertain Sleaford Academy in a Chattertons McKinnells League Premier Trophy Group A game.

Revesby will have home advantage in a Division One fixture on Sunday when they entertain Boston seconds looking to maintain a promising run of form.

Woodhall Spa seconds are are involved in Sunday action with a home game against Division Three rivals Bassingham.
