WOODHALL Spa Tennis Club's teams have been in action with winning results.
The Mixed Team played against Alford last week at Jubilee Park on the newly re-painted courts and won convincingly by nine rubbers to nil.

Team members were Jenny Caswell and Russ Allchorne, Penny McQuade and Daniel Freeman, Laura Garner and Ant Hawkins.

Meanwhile the ladies team played against Spilsby on their grass courts and won by six rubbers to three.

Playing for Woodhall were Helen Mair and Sue Bowser, Jenny Caswell and Bridgett Scott, Leah Perkins and Anne Leggate.

The next social event is on Friday, July 4, at 7.30 pm. With Wimbledon in mind, members are invited to come and enjoy an evening's tennis and bring along strawberries and champagne. No charge for members, £1 for non-members.
