HENRY Todd won the A Thompson Trophy with a catch totalling 8lbs in the junior event organised by Horncastle Angling Club on Wednesday.
Other results were: 2 Sean Chamberlain, 7lb 12oz; 3 Eden Mayor, 2lb 11oz; 4 Russell Alder, 2lb 4oz.

Friday saw the first round of the F E Bryan over-60s trophy. Results: 1 Brian Pacey, 6lb 2oz; 2 Frank Clark, 5lb 6oz; 3 Vic Chapman, 4lb 12oz.

Merv Sutton took his first trophy with the club in Sunday's match at Pederson for the Angel Inn Trophy with 22lb 11oz. Other results: 2 Nev Soulby, 22lb 4oz; 3 Matthew Hasall, 16lb; 4 Darren Gowshall.
