Witness appeal following criminal damage and trailer theft

Police in Horncastle have put out an appeal for witnesses following incidents of criminal damage and a trailer theft on Queen Street over the last couple of weeks.

Horncastle and Wragby PCSO Nigel Wass, put out a Lincs Alert today (Saturday) which said the most recent incident of criminal damage took place in the early hours of this morning when a car window was broken.

Also on Friday, a trailer was stolen from outside a property on the street.

He added the force was aware of other incidents of criminal damage over the last couple of weeks.

PCSO Wass said :”We would like to appeal for witnesses to the above and we are also aware of other incidents of criminal damage over the last couple of weeks on Queen Street, because of this the neighbourhood policing team have increased patrols in the area but would also like to appeal for any information from residents. “
