Dog mess spotted on the streets of Horncastle will be sprayed bright pink in a new East Lindsey District Council campaign to eradicate the problem.

Irresponsbile dog owners who fail to clean up after their pets are being warned: “Bag it, bin it or risk a £75 fine.”

The campaign which launched on Monday (November 2) is supported by Horncastle Town Council and Lincolnshire Police.
