Tributes have been pouring in to a “true gentleman” who died after a crash in Bucknall.
Husband and father of three girls, Thomas Fairholm, 46, from Horncastle, died in hospital on Friday after his motorbike was involved in a crash with a car on an unclassified road, off the B1190 at about 8.30am on Tuesday.
Mr Fairhome - a former Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School pupil who worked as a design engineer at Destec Engineering Ltd in Washingborough - suffered multiple fractures and internal injuries and was flown by air ambulance to Hull Royal Infirmary.

Police collision investigators are appealing for information from anyone who saw Mr Fairholm’s black and orange Honda CBR or the car, a red Renault Clio, prior to the crash. The driver of the car was not injured.
