Residents in Woodhall Spa are to be given a chance to comment on potential sites for new housing developments in their village.
Woodhall is one of the most in-demand areas in the county with developers.
East Lindsey District Council is currently finalising ‘settlement plans’ for all towns and villages.
The plans will identify potential development sites in specific communities.
Woodhall is one of the last villages to be included in the process.
Parish council chairman Coun David Clarke said he thought the public should be given the chance to comment on the potential locations - when the plan is finished.
He said feedback from the public - and the parish council - could then be handed back to East Lindsey District Council before the sites were either approved or rejected.
