Some of the people of East and West Barkwith and Panton who gathered at the war memorial on Sunday morning for the Service of Remembrance to honour the fallen of two world wars.
Wreaths of poppies were laid by two young sisters Teyla and Juliet Warren- Wilkinson and Tristan Wilson. 12 new names of First World War soldiers have now been added to the memorial after research by local historian Neil Battell revealed them following administration errors in the past.
Local stonemason Steve Andrews inscribed the new names recently.
