Linden Homes has announced it will start work on its 20-home Bell’s Yard development in Horncastle next month.
Following the company recently gaining planning permission from East Lindsey District council, the Middlesex-based national developer issued a statement to say work would start on the houses in November.
The firm will offer a collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes, which will be designed to compliment the existing Linden Homes properties at the site.
Linden Homes plans to issue a brochure on the development in the New Year and says the houses will be suitable for everyone from first time buyers to downsizers, families and investors.
Linden Homes sales director Chris Roads said: “We are delighted to announce this extension to our Bell’s Yard development and to be able to offer more choice to home hunters in Lincolnshire.”
Earlier this year, Linden Homes announced a new 50-home development in the county at Witham St Hugh’s – which is due to be officially launched this month.
