Parish councillors in Woodhall Spa could still face a legal challenge regarding their decision to hand over control of Jubilee Park.
Local resident Daphne Robinson is calling for a judicial review into the parish council’s handling of the entire takeover saga.
She is currently taking legal advice about the process involved in calling a review.
The News revealed last week that five trustees had been appointed to a new charitable company to take charge of the park’s affairs from the parish council..
The trustees immediately issued a statement, appealing for an end to rows which have overshadowed the takeover - and plans for the future.
Mrs Robinson said: “Even though the lease has been signed, it is not the end pof the matter - far from it.”
