Woodhall Spa’s annual 10km race has been hailed as another success as just over 1,000 runners tackled the course around the town.
1,002 runners - from 1,206 entries - took on the course in glorious sunshine and was won by three participants who crossed the line at the same time.
Thomas Corlett, Shane Robinson and Ronny Wilson crossed the line in a time of 32 minutes 47 seconds.
Carl Ryde and Alan Oliver rounded out the top five.
Race organiser Peter Lee said: “It was a great day and we got some great feedback from a lot of runners who were taking part in this race for the first time.
“It was a bit warmer this year, perhaps a little too hot for a 10km race but at least it wasn’t lashing down with rain.
“I’d like to thank all the volunteers who gave their time to make the event a success.
“It means a lot to us that a lot of people in the town took time to give their support to the runners, the Park was really busy and they kept the runners going.”
The annual three mile fun run also took place.
with Andrew Power coming in first followed by James Parkinson and Blake Forrester.
