Fairytales came alive at the weekend when children enjoyed the third of Tattershall Castle’s ‘Have a go’ days.
The attendance was high at the story telling event where children took part in the story of Julia Donaldsons’s ‘Zog’.
The fun and games included making their own dragon’s heads and there were enthusiastic ‘whoops’ and ‘rawrs’ from the children as they connected with the story. During the day the children also enjoyed a game of ‘catch the princess’ on the castle’s grassed inner ward. The interactive workshop finished with an art session where the children could colour in their own dragon or knight to take with them to hang on their wall at home.
