Revesby crash victim named
The Revesby teenager killed in a car crash in the early hours of last Thursday morning has been named as Ian Deer.
The 19-year-old died after a Vauxhall Corsa left the road at West Fen, near Stickney, at 1.22am and crashed into a ditch and collided with trees.
Police are still carrying out examinations of the car and have not yet confirmed whether Mr Deer was a passenger or the driver.
A police spokesman said Mr Deer’s family did not wish to comment.
No further details have been released.
Another 19-year-old male, who have not been named, was arrested in connection with the incident.
Reports suggest he was not seriously injured.
Officers are appealing for anyone who saw the Corsa before the accident to contact a witness hotline on 01522 558855.
