Police are appealing after a property in Cromwell Avenue, Woodhall Spa was discovered as being burgled,

The property was discovered on Tuesday February 18, but the burglary may have taken place sometime before.

Offenders gained access by smashing a pane of glass in a door at the rear of the property.

Amongst the items taken were a number of distinctive antiques including:

A DARK OAK COFFEE TABLE, 2FT HIGH, HEXAGONAL IN SHAPE WITH ROUNDED EDGES

A LARGE ORNAMENTAL TURN KEY - 10X12 INCHES LONG

OLD PRINTERS DRAWER, BOUGHT FROM DENMARK, WOODEN WITH SEGMENT DRAWERS THAT STORE LETTERS ETC

TIN HAT BOX, OVAL SHAPED, HINGED AT THE TOP, BROWN IN COLOUR, ORIGINALLY MADE TO STORE A TOP-HAT

LARGE WHITE CROCHET SHAWL

PINK MARBLE BAPTISMAL FONT, SMALL ENOUGH TO CARRY AND USED TO BAPTISE A CHILD, APPROX 6 INCHES IN SIZE
