Woodhall Spa Parish Council should soon be back up to full strength.
The council had been rocked by a series of high profile resignations in recent weeks.
The majority of resignations followed disputes over the process to handover control of Jubilee Park to a new charitable based company.
Vice-chairman Tim Peacock and stalwart David Hill were among the councillors who quit.
Graham Keegan has already joined the council and now chairman David Clarke has revealed three people had come forward to fill three other vacancies.
They are Shirley Williams, Marcus Williams and Isabel Clarke.
Because there were three candidates for three positions, Coun Clarke confirmed an election scheduled for August 7 would not take place.
There is still one remaining vacancy on the council and residents have until the end of this month (July) to call for an election.
If that fails to happen, the vacancy will be filled by co-option at a full meeting of the parish council in September.
