Local council cuts maintenance deal

East Lindsey District Council has pulled the plug on a maintenance agreement for Jubilee Park in Woodhall Spa.

The authority was previously responsible for all ground maintenance issues including grass cutting, weeding flower beds and the bowls and putting greens.

The park’s management team is hoping to complete a deal with a contractor who has indicated he is prepared to take over the work on a freelance basis.
