Lincolnshire '˜Loony' to stand for election to the Welsh Assembly
Great Carlton man Peter E Hill (also known as Artimus '˜Arty' Pole), who stood for the Official Monster Raving Loony Party in Louth & Horncastle last May, will stand for the party in the upcoming Welsh Assembly elections.
Peter will stand in the South Wales East region, and was chosen due to his knowledge of the steel industry and local coal mines.
The party will be putting up a total of 20 candidates for this election, which gives them the right to a party political broadcast on Welsh television.
