It’s the ‘Calendar Boys’!

They are out - and they are very, very cheeky!

Horncastle Town Football Club has produced a fundraising calendar, with a difference.

The club has certainly given a whole new meaning to the phrase - ‘Get your kit off!”

The calendar features players, officials and supporters of the club in a series of revealing photographs.

Talk about too much exposure!

There is a different photograph for each month of the year and May, June and July are particularly interesting.

The calendars are the idea of committee member and former player Keith Jones.

He said: “Everyone at the club has entered into the spirit of things and it has been a lot of fun.

“A few of the lads needed a bit of persuading, especially in the cold weather.

“We’ve had a terrific response and the calendars look really good.”

The calendars are called ‘50 Shades of Red and White’ after the club’s officials colours.

They cost £5 and the money will go towards the club’s youth development fund. A donation will also be made to a charity at the end of the season.

The calendars are available from a number of town centre outlets, including the Horncastle News office.
