Victor Rickett

Victor Rickett, of Clinton Park, Tattershall, has been fined £200 after being found guilty in absence of keeping an unlicensed vehicle on the road.

Rickett, 31, was found guilty of keeping the vehicle on Church Street, Spilsby on January 6 this year.

He has been ordered to pay £90 costs and to pay vehicle excise back duty of £23.24.

He was found guilty by magistrates at Boston.

Ryan Tommon

Ryan Tommon, of Edlington, has been fined £200 after being found guilty in absence of failing to deliver a registration document relating to the notification of transfer of a vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader.

The offence occurred on October 11, 2013 at Horncastle.

Tommon has been ordered to pay £90 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Ashley Woodhouse

Ashley Woodhouse, of Wesley Way, Horncastle, has been fined £100 after pleading guilty to having a registered vehicle which did not meet insurance requirements.

The offence took place in Horncastle on November 22 last year.

The 20-year-old has been ordered to pay costs of £110 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Sally Robinson

Sally Robinson, of Lincoln Road, Wragby, has been fined £150 after being found guilty in absence of using a motor vehicle without a valid insurance policy.

The offence took place on Hawthorn Road, Lincoln, on September 27, 2013.

Her licence has been endorsed with six penalty points.

The 38-year-old was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

She was also found guilty of driving without a valid licence on the same date.

Callum Simons

Callum Simons, of North Road, Tetford, will appear at Skegness Magistrates’ Court on May 21 after pleading guilty to once charge of assault and one charge of criminal damage.

The offences took place on February 19 this year at an address in Tetford.

The 22-year-old has been remanded on bail.

Andrew McKenzie

Andrew McKenzie, of The Bull Ring, Horncastle, has been remanded on bail after pleading not guilty to assault.

It is alleged that McKenzie, 43, assault a woman in Boston on March 31.

He will appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court on July 7.

Bluey Wilson

Bluey Wilson, of Canister Lane, Gipsey Bridge, Boston, has been fined £100 after pleading guilty to fishing in Tattershall without a licence.

Wilson, 23, pleaded guilty to fishing without a licence at Moon Lake, Tattershall on September 27.

He has been ordered to pay £127.47 costs and a victim surcharge of £20.

Wilson was fined an additional £75 after pleading guilty to failing to state his name and address to a water bailiff on the same date.

His guilty pleas were taken into account when he was sentenced.

Failing to ensure a child attend school

A woman from Tattershall has been conditionally discharged for 12 months after pleading guilty to failing to ensure that a child of compulsory school age who was registered at Gartree School attended regularly.

She has been ordered to pay £100 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.

Her guilty plea was taken into account when the sentence was imposed.

Ian Burn

Ian Burn, of Park View, Cleethorpes, has been remanded on bail until May 21 after pleading not guilty to three charges of assault by beating.

It is alleged that Burn beat three women on August 26 in Horncastle’s Market Place. He will appear at Skegness Magistrates’ Court.

Luke Garner

Luke Garner, of N’Dola Drive, Horncastle, has been remanded on bail until May 21 after pleading not guilty to one charge of assault by beating and one charge of failing to surrender to custody having been released on bail.

The alleged beating offence took place on August 26 in Horncastle’s Market Place.

The alleged failure to surrender to custody took place on February 13.

Garner, 19, will appear at Skegness Magistrates’ Court.

Darren Goodwin

Darren Goodwin, of Jolls Lane, Greetham, near Horncastle, has been remanded on bail until May 29 after pleading not guilty to one charge of harassment.

Goodwin, 46, admitting harassing a person in Boston in March and April this year.

He also admitted breaching a bail condition on May 2.

Goodwin will appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court.

Daniel Walters

Daniel Walters, of Hemingby Lane, Horncastle, has been remanded on bail until August 27 after pleading guilty to two motoring offences.

Walters, 23, pleaded guilty to using a vehicle on April 10 in Lincoln when the tyre tread was of an illegal depth.

He has pleaded guilty to both his front tyres having insufficient tread depth.

Walters has pleaded not guilty to failing to provide a specimen of blood on the same date.

He will appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court.
