A round-up of cases in Lincolnshire’s courts this week.

Callum Simons

Callum Simons, of North Road, Tetford, will appear at Skegness Magistrates’ Court on March 28 facing two charges of assault by beating and one charge of causing damage without lawful excuse.

It is alleged that the 22-year-old beat two people on February 19, 2014 and damaged a bathroom wall and fixtures on the same day at an address in Tetford.

Christopher Bainbridge

Christopher Bainbridge, of St Helens Walk, Liverton Mines, Saltburn By The Sea, has been fined £110 for hand delivering a birthday card to an address in Tattershall.

Bainbridge, 42, was prohibited from doing so by a non-molestation order made in 2013.

He was ordered to pay £85 costs and a victim surcharge of £20.

His guilty plea was taken into account when the sentence was imposed.

Charlotte Pedley

Charlotte Pedley, 27, of Clinton Park, Tattershall, has been banned from driving for 13 months after pleading guilty to drink driving.

On January 19, 2014 she gave a reading of 101 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood - the legal limit is 80 milligrammes.

She was fined £110 by magistrates at Boston, ordered to pay £85 costs and a victim surcharge of £20.

Her disqualification can be reduced by three months if she completes an approved course.

Pedley’s guilty plea was taken into account when the sentence was imposed.

Ian Burn

Ian Burn, of Park View, Cleethorpes, will appear at Skegness Magistrates’ Court on May 2 facing three charges of assault by beating.

It is alleged that Burn, 30, assaulted three women in Horncastle Market Place on August 26 last year.

He has pleaded not guilty to all the charges.

Luke Garner

Luke Garner, of N’Dola Drive, Horncastle will appear at Skegness Magistrates’ Court on May 2 facing one charge of assault by beating.

It is alleged the Garner, 18, assaulted a woman in Horncastle Market Place on August 26 last year.

Garner, 18, has pleaded not guilty to the offence.

He also faces a charge of failing to surrender to custody having been released on bail on February 13 at Boston.

Garner has pleaded not guilty.

Keiron Major

Keiron Major, of Roughton Road, Kirkby on Bain, has been discharged conditionally for 12 months after pleading guilty to drunk, disorderly behaviour.

Major, 24, has been ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £15 after pleading guilty to the offence which took place at the Castle Public House in Coningsby on January 1, 2014.

His guilty plea was taken into account when the sentence was imposed.
