George Lusby, of Allison Place, Lincoln, has been remanded on bail to appear at Skegness Magistrates’ Court on May 23 facing a charge relating to a car theft at Twin Lakes, West Ashby last year.
It is alleged that Lusby jointly, with four other individuals, took a car from Twin Lakes on July 9.
The 19-year-old has pleaded not guilty to the offence.
He has also indicated a plea of guilty to having in his possession four buds of cannabis at Grantham’s Swingbridge Road police station on the same date.
Peter Hughes, of Hawthorn Hill, Coningsby, will appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court on May 28 faces facing one charge of non-payment of council tax.
It is alleged that the 60-year-old owes £1,070.31.
Rachel Scott, of Stenner Road, Coningsby will appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court on May 28 facing five charges of non-payment of council tax.
It is alleged that from a period between 2008 and 2010 the 60-year-old failed to pay £1,852.93.
Marie Williamson, of Queen Street, Horncastle, has been fined £200 after being found guilty in absence of failing to notify the transfer of a vehicle.
The offence took place on August 9 last year, and the 33-year-old has been ordered to pay £90 costs and a victim surcharge of £20.
Ashley Woodhouse, of Wesley Way, Horncastle will appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court on April 10 facing one charge of having a registered vehicle with invalid insurance.
The alleged offence took place in Horncastle on November 22 last year.
Joanne Minihan, of Yarburgh, Louth, has been fined £600 after being found guilty in absence of driving in Wragby without a valid insurance policy.
The 44-year-old has been ordered to pay costs of £85 and a £60 victim surcharge for the offence which took place on the A158 on September 20 last year.
Simon Leather, aged 28, of no fixed abode, will appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on June 20.
Leather has pleaded guilty to three offences which took place in Bardney on December 19 last year.
He admitted causing damage to a vehicle, having an offensive weapon in his possession and using threatening or abusive words of behaviour.
Leather has pleaded not guilty to the offence of assault by beating which is alleged to have occurred on the same date.
Alexander Stewart, of Alexandra Road, Woodhall Spa, will appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on April 25 facing one charge of using a caravan with incorrect lights.
Stewart, 33, has pleaded not guilty to using a caravan which was not fitted with regulation lights on May 31, 2013, in Woodhall Spa.
Victoria Barber, of Carpenters Close, Wragby, has been fined £55 after being found guilty of having a registered vehicle with invalid insurance.
Barber, 43, was ordered to pay costs of £50 and a victim surcharge of £20.
Nathan Decastro, 22, of Bardney has been sent for trial at Lincoln Crown Court facing one charge of inflicting grievous bodily harm.
It is alleged that Decastro inflicted grievous bodily harm on Marcus Baker on November 24, 2013 in Lincoln.
Decastro will be tried by jury and has been given an exclusion order not to enter Lincoln City Centre between 10pm and 7am.
