Stephen Gollings

Stephen Gollings, of Oaktree Meadow, Horncastle, has been 
fined £260 after pleading guilty to driving without a valid licence, without a 
valid test certificate and without a valid insurance policy.

Gollings, 30, pleaded 
guilty to the offences 
which took place at West Ashby on July 24, 2013 
at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court.

His licence was endorsed with six penalty points, and he was ordered to pay £85 costs and a victim surcharge of £26.

Gollings’ guilty plea was taken into account when his sentence was imposed.

Richard Lyons

Richard Lyons, of Holmes Way, Wragby, has been fined £600 after being found guilty of speeding in Lincoln.

Holmes was found guilty in absence by magistrates at Lincoln for speeding on Bunkers Hill on July 24, 2013.

Lyons’, 63, licence was endorsed with six penalty points and he was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £60 victim surcharge.

Vehicle theft

A 17-year-old from Cleethorpes appeared 
at Skegness Magistrates’ Court on January 9 where they were remanded on bail after being charged with taking a vehicle at Shearmans Wath, West Ashby.

It is alleged the teenager, along with four other individuals took a car without the consent of 
the owner on July 9.

They have been remanded on bail until February 6 where they will again appear before Skegness magistrates.

Julie Obern

Julie Obern, of Hawthorn Hill, Coningsby, will appear at Skegness Magistrates’ Court on March 6 facing two charges of non-payment of council tax.

It is alleged she failed to pay the amounts of £640.94 and £162.97.

Rachel Scott

Rachel Scott, of Stenner Road, Coningsby, will appear at Skegness Magistrates’ Court on 
March 6 facing five charges of non-payment of council tax.

It is alleged Scott failed to pay amounts of £459.65, £595.32, £267.60, £155.90 and £374.46 between 2008 and 2010.

Aaron Brown

Aaron Brown, of Jobson Road, Horncastle, has been fined £300 after being found guilty in absence of using a colour television without a licence.

The offence occurred on July 31, 2013, and Brown, 32, has been ordered to pay £90 costs and a victim surcharge of £30 by magistrates at Boston.

Michelle Taylor

Michelle Taylor, of Jessop Close, Horncastle, has 
been fined £200 after 
being found guilty 
in absence of using a colour television without a licence.

The offence occurred 
on September 30 last year, and Taylor, 32, has 
been ordered to pay £90 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Jonathan May

Jonathan May, of Woodbridge Way, 
Woodhall Spa, will appear 
at Boston Magistrates’ 
Court on February 10 facing one charge of 
having a vehicle registered in his name without valid insurance.

The alleged offence occurred on September 4, 2013 at Boston.

Carl Pogson

Carl Pogson, of West Drive, Tattershall, has been fined £300 after being found guilty in absence of driving a vehicle which was unlicensed.

The offence occurred on October 31, 2013 at Ramsgate, Louth.

Pogson has been ordered 
to pay £90 costs and a 
victim surcharge of 
£65.

Evyonne Pickering

Evyonne Pickering, of The Green, Mareham le Fen, has been fined £200 after being found guilty in absence of driving without valid insurance.

She has been ordered to pay £110 costs and a victim surcharge of £20 for the offence which took place in Boston on August 13.

Pickering was found guilty in absence by magistrates at Boston.

Gary Jones

Gary Jones, of Maltby Way, Horncastle, was due to appear at Skegness Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (yesterday) charged with possessing a knife in a public place.

It is alleged that on January 1, 2014, the 23-year-old had two small kitchen knives without good reason in Maltby Way.

Leo Thompson

Leo Thompson, of The Crescent, Horncastle, was fined £400 after being found guilty in absence of keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road.

Thompson was found guilty by magistrates at Lincoln and ordered to pay costs of £90 and a vehicle excise back duty of £66.25.

The offence took place in Lincoln on the A46 on June 1, 2013.

James Turrell

James Turrell, of Curtis Drive, Coningsby, has been fined £200 after being found guilty in absence of having a vehicle which did not meet insurance requirements.

Turrell was found guilty by magistrates at Lincoln for the offence which took place on July 16 last year.

He was ordered to pay £110 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Philip Hennigan

Philip Hennigan, of Tweed Close, Horncastle, has been fined £35 after being found guilty of using a colour television without a licence.

Hennigan, 27, has been ordered to pay costs of £30 and a victim surcharge of £20 for the offence which occurred between August 5 and September 6 last year.

Lee Windell

Lee Windell, of Eusden Court, Tattershall has been fined £20 after being found guilty of using a colour television without a licence in October last year.
