Faye Bellamy

Faye Bellamy, of Cromwell Place, Tattershall, has been given an 18-week suspended prison sentence after pleading guilty to harassment charges.

Bellamy, 47, admitted to harassing a family in North Somercotes, harassing workers in a store in North Somercotes, harassing a man in Tattershall and a woman in Saltfleet.

The offences took place between April and August of 2013.

She was given a prison sentence due to the seriousness of the offences, the number of victims and actions over a long period of time.

She must also comply with a supervision order for the period of 12 months and have treatment for alcohol dependency.

Heidi Clack

Heidi Clack, of Melbourne Avenue, Grimsby, will appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court on January 24 facing one charge of causing damage without lawful excuse.

It is alleged that on August 4, 2013, at Revesby she damaged a car to the value of £107.98.

Roger Faulkner

Roger Faulkner, of Neve Gardens, Donington on Bain, has been fined £70 after indicating a plea of guilty to obtaining an insurance certificate after making a false statement of holding a full driving licence.

Faulkner was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

He was also fined £40 and given three penalty points after pleading guilty to driving without a valid licence in Skegness.

His guilty pleas were taken into account by magistrates at Skegness when his sentence was imposed.

The offences took place on December 13.

Vladimirs Klavins

Vladimirs Klavins, of Granville Street, Boston, has been disqualified from driving for 20 months after pleading guilty to drink driving in Horncastle.

Klavins was twice the legal limit on Spilsby Road on December 9 and has been fined £140.

He also pleaded guilty to driving without a valid licence and without valid insurance.

The 48-year-old was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Catherine Graham

Catherine Graham, of Jobson Road, Horncastle, has been ordered to pay £80 compensation after pleading guilty to damaging two windows belonging to Connect.

The offence took place on September 9 in Foundry Street.

Graham, 35, was ordered to pay £45 costs after being sentenced at Skegness Magistrates’ Court.

Timothy Sawyer

Timothy Sawyer, of River Witham Bank, Martin Dales, will appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on April 10 after pleading not guilty to motoring offences in Woodhall Spa.

It is alleged that Sawyer, 65, drove on The Broadway without a valid licence and without a valid insurance policy.

Sawyer pleaded not guilty to both charges at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on January 6.

Mark Pratt

Mark Pratt, of Carlton Close, Danesmoor, Chesterfield, has been fined £400 after being found guilty in absence of speeding in Wragby.

Pratt, 42, was found guilty of speeding on the A158 on June 6 last year.

His licence has been endorsed with six penalty points and he has been ordered to pay £85 costs 
and a victim surcharge of £40.

Pamela Crisp-Beard

Pamela Crisp-Beard, of Linden Road, Horncastle, will appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on January 28 facing two charges of being the owner of a dog which was dangerously out of control in a public place.

Crisp-Beard, 62, has pleaded not guilty to the charges, which occurred in Stanhope Road on July 25 and October 1, 2013.

Rodger Feneley

Rodger Feneley, of Main Road, Belchford, will appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on January 23 facing four charges of committing fraud.

It is alleged that Feneley failed to disclose information relating 
to spending extended periods abroad in order to claim Disability Living Allowance.

This relates to three of the charges ranging between May 2010 and February 2013.

The fourth charge relates to dishonestly claiming Income Support whilst failing to disclose time spent abroad.

Merisa Gray

Merisa Gray, of Newton Close, Wragby, has been fined £200 after being found guilty in absence of using a television without a licence.

The offence occurred between July 1 and July 10, 2013.

Gray, 26, has been ordered to pay £90 costs and a victim surcharge of £20 for the offence by magistrates at Lincoln.

Kylie Segasby

After pleading guilty to using a television without a licence Kylie Segasby of Queen Elizabeth Street, Wragby, has been fined £30.

Appearing at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court, Segasby, 24, was ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge.

Judy Wilson

After pleading guilty to using a television without a licence Judy Wilson, of Willows Court, Tattershall, has been fined £100 by magistrates at Lincoln.

Wilson, 24, was ordered to pay £90 costs and a £20 victim surcharge for the offence which took place between August 12 and September 13, 2013.

Joanne Griffiths

Joanne Griffiths, of The Covert, Tattershall, has been fined £400 after being found guilty in absence of using a television without a licence.

Griffiths, 43, has been ordered to pay £90 costs and a £40 victim surcharge for the offence which took place between June 10 and July 11.
