Paul Burton

Paul Burton, of Market Place, Wragby, will appear at Lincoln Crown Court on April 18, 2014 facing one charge of using or threatening the use of unlawful violence towards another.

The alleged offence occurred at an address in Louth on October 1 this year.

The 25-year-old must follow a curfew and will be electronically monitored until his court appearance.

Mathew Durose

A warrant for the arrest of Mathew Durose has been issued after the 32-year-old failed to appear in answer to bail.

Durose, 32, of Fulford Way, Skegness, faces charges relating to motoring offences.

It is alleged that Durose took a vehicle without consent, drove whilst unfit to drive through drink, drove without a valid licence and without a valid insurance policy.

The alleged offences took place in Baumber on July 14 this year.

Shan Gosling

Shan Gosling, of Ingham Road, Coningsby, will appear at Skegness Magistrates’ Court on January 22, 2014 facing one charge of assault, one charge of driving without a valid licence and one charge of driving without a valid insurance policy.

It is alleged that the 19-year-old assaulted a woman in Silver Street, Coningsby, on October 7 this year.

The alleged driving offences took place on the same date.

Callum Simons

Callum Simons, of North Road, Tetford, will continue a community order after the 22-year-old admitted a breach earlier this year.

On November 27 Simons failed to comply with electronically monitored curfew by not allowing installation of the monitoring equipment, failed to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absence within seven days and failed to maintain contact with the Offender Manager.

Simons, 22, will now be under a curfew for three months.

Simon Bliss

Simon Bliss, of Queens Road, Sutton on Sea, will appear at Skegness Magistrates’ Court on January 17 facing one charge of failing to notify the Department for Work in Pensions of a change of circumstances affecting entitlement to Income Support and one charge of failing to notify a change of circumstances affecting entitlement to housing and council tax benefit.

Both alleged offenses took place in Horncastle.

Simons, 44, has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Christopher Hipkin

Christopher Hipkin, of Burghley Circle, Cottesmore, Oakham, will appear at Skegness Magistrates’ Court on April 4, 2014, facing one charge of assault.

Hipkin, 27, has pleaded not guilty to assaulting another man in Main Road, Coningsby on August 16 this year.
