Peter Hughes

Peter Hughes, of Hawthorn Hill, Coningsby, will appear at Skegness Magistrates’ Court on March 6, 2014 facing one charge of non-payment of council tax.

It is alleged that Hughes, 60, owes £1,070.31 in council tax and costs.

Liam Mascall

Liam Mascall, of Market Place, Tattershall, has been remanded on bail until March 20,2014 facing one charge of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour.

The alleged offence occurred in Tattershall on November 17, 2013.

Mascall has entered a plea of not guilty.

Driving without due care and attention

A teenager from Old Bolingbroke will appear at Skegness Magistrates’ Court on January 9, 2014 facing one charge of driving a vehicle without due car and attention.

The alleged offence occured on July 16, 2013.

Dexta Scoot

Dexta Scoot, of West Drive, Tattershall, will appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court on January 10, 2014 facing one charge of drunk and disorderly behaviour.

Scoot, 26, was allegedly drunk and disorderly in South Street, Swineshead on July 27 this year.

Tommy Vanner

After pleading guilty to an assault charge and number of motoring offences in Minting, Tommy Vanner, of Yarborough Road, Lincoln, has been given a two month prison sentence.

Vanner pleaded guilty to driving without a valid insurance policy, without a valid licence and taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent causing damage to a hedge.

These offences took place on May 28.

The 28-year-old also pleaded guilty to an assault by beating charge which occurred on the same day.

Vanner also tested positive for drink driving and has been disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

His guilty pleas were taken into account when the sentence was imposed.

June Hill

June Hill, of High Street, Hagworthingham, has been fined £600 after being found guilty of driving without a valid insurance policy.

Hill, 59, was proved guilty in absence by Boston magistrates of the offence which took place on June 13 this year.

In addition she has been disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.

She was ordered to pay £85 costs and a victim surcharge of £60.

Hill was also found guilty of driving without a valid licence on the same day - no separate penalty was issued for this offence.

Susan Ing

Susan Ing, of Stourton Place, Horncastle, has been fined £200 after being found guilty of driving without a valid insurance policy.

Ing, 57, was proved guilty in absence by magistrates at Boston for the offence which took place on June 14 this year.

She was ordered to pay costs of £110 and a victim surcharge of £20.

John Loveday

After pleading guilty to a charge of assault by beating John Loveday has been fined £110.

Loveday pleaded guilty to assaulting Thomas Boyall by beating on February 22 this year.

He has been ordered to pay £200 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

His guilty plea was taken into account when the sentence was imposed.

Luke Garner

Luke Garner, of N’Dola Drive, Horncastle has been remanded on bail until February 13, 2014 facing one charge of assault.

It is alleged that Garner, 18, beat a woman in Horncastle Market Place on August 26 this year.

He has pleaded not guilty to the offence.

The 18-year-old will appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court.

Daniel Newport

Daniel Newport, of Kirkstead Crescent, Grimsby has been remanded on bail until January 1 facing one charge of damaging property and one charge of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour.

The alleged offences took place on June 16 this year in Tattershall.

Newport has pleaded not guilty to damaging a car and to using threatening words or behaviour.

He will appear at Skegness Magistrates’ Court.

David Hodgson

David Hodgson, of Lea Grove, Bardney, has been fined £200 after being found guilty of speeding.

Hodgson, 49, was proved guilty in absence by Lincoln magistrates for speeding on the A46 at Swinderby on June 24 this year.

He was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

His licence has been endorsed with three penalty points.

Liam Clark

Liam Clark, of Harborough Avenue, Sheffield, has been fined £60 after pleading guilty to speeding in Wragby.

The 26-year-old committed the offence on June 29 this year and has been ordered to pay £85 costs and a victim surcharge of £20.

His licence has been endorsed with three penalty points.

His guilty plea was taken into account when the sentence was imposed.

Robert Elliott

Robert Elliott, of Maple Tree Way, Scunthorpe, has been fined £130 after pleading guilty to driving in Woodhall Spa without due care and attention.

The offence took place on August 9 on Stixwould Road.

The 20-year-old’s licence has been endorsed with five penalty points and he has been ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20.

His guilty plea was taken into account when the sentence was imposed.

Mark Foster

Mark Foster, of Newark Road, Lincoln, has been fined £145 for speeding in Wragby.

Foster, 49, was found guilty of the offence which took place on the A158 on June 25 this year.

He has been ordered to pay £85 costs, a victim surcharge of £20 and his licence has been endorsed with six penalty points.

He was sentenced by magistrates at Lincoln.
