Jonathan Doyle

Jonathan Doyle, of Maltby Way, Horncastle will appear at Skegness Magistrates’ Court on January 8, 2014 after indicating guilty pleas to trespass and theft charges.

Doyle indicated guilty pleas to trespassing in Tesco, Watermill Road, Horncastle with intent to steal on two occasions and Boston Road Service Station, Horncastle, with intent to steal.

He also indicated pleas to stealing a quantity of copper wiring from Banovallum School, Horncastle and stealing a quantity of alcohol from Tesco, Horncastle.

Doyle, 25, has been ordered not to enter Tesco in Horncastle before his court appearance next year.

Faye Bellamy

Faye Bellamy of Cromwell Place, Tattershall, has been remanded on bail until December 30 where she will appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court facing harassment charges.

Bellamy, 47, has pleaded guilty to harassing a family in North Somercotes, harassing a woman in Saltfleet and harassing a man in Tattershall.

She was also found guilty of harassing a shop worker in North Somercotes.

Christopher Parker

After pleading guilty to drink driving Christoper Parker, of Chapel Lane, Mareham le Fen has been disqualified from driving for two years and fined £180.

Parker, 28, pleaded guilty to being nearly three times the legal drink drive limit.

He was ordered to pay £85 costs and a victim surcharge of £20.

His guilty plea was taken into account when magistrates at Boston imposed their sentence.

Paul Johnson

Paul Johnson, 51, of Thimbleby has been fined £100 after being found guilty of using a mobile phone whilst driving.

The offence took place on May 15 this year at Wragby on the A158.

He was ordered to pay £85 costs, a £20 victim surcharge and his licence has been endorsed with three penalty points.

Neil Marshall

Neil Marshall, of Louth Road, Horncastle, will appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court on January 15 facing one charge of speeding and one charge of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

The alleged offences took place on May 22 and July 12 of this year.

Lauren Raywood

Lauren Raywood, of The Green, Mareham le Fen, has been fined £80 after pleading guilty to driving without due care and attention.

The offence took place on May 25 in Horncastle at the junction of the A153 and A158.

The 19-year-old’s licence has been endorsed with three points and she has been ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Her guilty plea was taken into account when the sentence was imposed.

Melvyn Heraty

66-year-old Melvyn Heraty, of Witham Road, Woodhall Spa, has been disqualified from driving for six months and fined £110 after pleading guilty to speeding.

Heraty pleaded guilty to the offence which took place on May 27 at Osbournby on the A15.

He was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Shan Gosling

Shan Gosling, of Northfield Road, Ruskington, will appear at Skegness Magistrates’ Court on December 20 facing one charge of assault, one charge of driving without a licence and one charge of driving without a valid insurance policy.

The offences took place in Silver Street, Coningsby, on October 7 this year.

Catherine Graham

A warrant for the arrest of Catherine Graham has been issued for a hearing on January 3, 2014 at Skegness Magistrates’ Court.

It is alleged that Graham damaged two windows belonging to Connect, Foundry Street, Horncastle, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged.

James Deves

James Deves, of Vicarage Lane, Wainfleet St Mary, was fined £175 after being found guilty of speeding in Tattershall.

Deves, 43, originally pleaded not guilty to the offence which took place on June 25 in Butts Lane but he was found guilty in absence by Boston Magistrates.

He has been ordered to pay £85 costs, a victim surcharge of £15 and his licence has been endorsed with three penalty points.

Bryn McDougal

Bryn McDougal, of Brant Road, Lincoln, has been fined £400 and disqualified from driving for 12 months for drink driving.

McDougal, 25, was more than twice the legal limit on September 8 this year whilst driving on the A158 at Baumber.

He has been ordered to pay £85 costs and a £40 victim surcharge.

His guilty plea was taken into account when the sentence was imposed.

James Turrell

James Turrell, of Curtis Drive, Coningsby, has been fined £200 after pleading guilty to motoring offences.

Turrell, 23, pleaded guilty and fined £80 for taking a vehicle without consent, he pleaded guilty to driving without a valid licence, and was fined £120 for driving without valid insurance.

He has been ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

The offences took place in Coningsby on November 18 this year.

He has been disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.

The disqualification was obligatory due to repeat offending.

Turrell was also fined an additional £120 for a previous offence which took place on March 9 this year for driving without a valid insurance policy in Dogdyke.

He was ordered to pay an additional £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Michael Benson

Michael Benson has been fined £70 after indicating a guilty plea to the possession of cannabis.

Benson, of Tennyson Gardens, Horncastle, was fined for the offence which took place on November 19 this year.

He was ordered to pay £85 costs and a victim surcharge of £20.

His guilty plea was taken into account when the sentence was imposed by Boston Magistrates.

Lee Coupland

Lee Coupland, of St Simons Drive, Cherry Willingham, has been fined £140 after pleading guilty to speeding on the A157 at Wragby.

Coupland, 30, pleaded guilty to the offence which took place on June 15 this year.

He was ordered to pay £40 costs, a victim surcharge of £20 and his licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

Coupland’s guilty plea was taken into account when his sentence was imposed by magistrates at Lincoln.

Mark Pratt

Mark Pratt, of Carlton Close, Danesmoor, will appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on January 6 to consider disqualification from driving.

Pratt, 42, was found guilty in absence of speeding on the A157 at Wragby.

Patrick Allen

Patrick Allen, of Gardenfield, Skellingthorpe, was fined £200 after being found guilty in absence after driving without a valid test certificate.

Allen, 38, committed the offence on May 4 this year on the A158 at Wragby.

He was ordered to pay £85 costs and a victim surcharge of £20.
