Joanna Felton

Joanna Felton, of Clinton Park, Tattershall, has 
been fined £75 after being found guilty of using a 
colour television without a licence.

The 32-year-old has been ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and costs of £10.

Sarah Capps

Sarah Capps, of Sterling Place, Woodhall Spa, has been fined £60 after pleading guilty to speeding.

Capps, 40, pleaded guilty to speeding on Station Road, Waddington, on January 19.

She has been ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and her licence has been endorsed with three penalty points.

Her guilty plea was taken into account when her sentence was imposed.

Martin Steers

Martin Steers, of Reedham Lane, Coningsby, will 
appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on October 7 facing one charge of speeding.

It is alleged that Mr Steers sped on the B1192 Langrick Road at Wildmore on November 23 last year.

Shane Scott

Shane Scott, of Newton Close, Wragby, has been fined £50 after pleading guilty to speeding on Bunkers Hill, Lincoln.

The offence took place on February 2.

He has been ordered to pay £45 costs and the 42-year-old’s licence has been endorsed with three penalty points.

His guilty plea was taken into account when the sentence was imposed.

Krzysztof Bienia

Krzysztof Bienia, of Brian Avenue, Skegness, has been fined £60 after pleading guilty to driving in Wragby whilst using a mobile phone.

Bienia pleaded guilty to the offence which took place on March 5 on the A158.

His licence has been endorsed with three penalty points and he has been ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge.

His guilty plea was taken into account when the sentence was imposed.

Kieron Major

Kieron Major, of Roughton Road, Kirkby On Bain, has been fined £200 after being found guilty of using a vehicle which was unlicensed.

Major, 24, was found guilty in absence at Boston Magistrates’ Court for the offence which took place on January 30 in Kirkby on Bain.

He has been ordered to pay £90 costs and vehicle excise back duty of £11.25.

Joe Smith

Joe Smith, of Hazelnut 
Close, Mareham le Fen, 
has had a community 
order revoked by magistrates at Boston Magistrates’ Court.

Louisa-Jane Whitehead

Louisa-Jane Whitehead, of Churchill Avenue, Horncastle, has been remanded on bail until October 8 after pleading not guilty to one charge of stealing.

It is alleged that Miss Whitehead stole a Blackberry Bold 9900 mobile phone worth £500 on February 22.

She will appear at 
Skegness Magistrates’ Court.

Paul Graham

Paul Graham, of Foundry Street, Horncastle, will appear at Skegness Magistrates’ Court on September 13 after pleading guilty to failing to supervise his dogs.

On or about February 13 this year Graham failed to exercise reasonable 
care and supervision of 
his dogs which severely injured two sheep in Horncastle.

Faye Bellamy

Faye Bellamy, of Cromwell Place, Tattershall, has 
been remanded on bail 
until November 11 after pleading not guilty to harassment.

It is alleged that Mrs Bellamy harassed Anthony Park by posting disparaging letters about him to other neighbours.

She will appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court.

Elizabeth Ball

Elizabeth Ball ,of Mill 
Lane, Woodhall Spa, will appear at Grantham Magistrates’ Court on October 9 facing one charge of speeding.

It is alleged that Mrs Ball, 55, sped on Boston Road in Horncastle on February 20.

Darren Chapman

Darren Chapman, 
of Chuchill Avenue, Horncastle will appear 
at Grantham Magistrates’ Court on October 9 
facing one charge of speeding.

It is alleged that Mr Chapman sped on the Boston Road 
in Horncastle on February 
3.

Thomas Ritchie

Thomas Ritchie, of Bull 
Ring, Horncastle, will appear at Grantham Magistrates’ Court on October 9 facing one charge of speeding.

It is alleged that Mr Ritchie, 75, sped on the Boston 
Road in Horncastle on February 3.

Aydan Leeming

Aydan Leeming, of 
White Swan Close, Coningsby, will appear 
at Grantham Magistrates’ Court on October 9 
after being found guilty 
in absence of driving 
with a licence or valid insurance.

Leeming was found guilty in absence in June this year for the offences which took place on February 6.

Michael Kirman

Michael Kirman, of Bishopbridge near Market Rasen, has been fined 
£60 after pleading guilty 
to being drunk and disorderly.

The offence took place in Wragby on August 4.

He has been ordered to pay £85 costs and a victim surcharge of £20.

Anthony Brown

Anthony Brown, of Church Cottages, Lissington, will appear at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on August 30 facing one charge of driving without due care and attention.

The alleged offence took place on March 18 at Baumber.
