Horncastle Nurse earns Royal recognition
Kerry Bareham has been awarded the Queen's Nurse by the Queen's Nursing Institute (QNI).
A Horncastle community nurse has been awarded the title of Queen’s Nurse by the Queen’s Nursing Institute (QNI).
Kerry Bareham is Clinical Team Leader for the Horncastle Community Nursing Team. Kerry said: “I’m delighted to have been given the title. I am one person in a team of 15 and I’m very proud to have that team behind me so I can shine a light on the work we are doing every day. I hope that by raising the profile of what we do, we can encourage the brightest and the best to work with us and ensure nursing is a profession that people are proud to aspire to.”
Kerry has been a nurse since 1999, and joined community services in Lincolnshire in 2004.
