Gig raises cash for Louth skate park appeal

A recent gig at The King's Head pub in Mercer Row, Louth, raised £200 for the LouthXSports skate park appeal.

The money was raised through entry fees on the door, in addition to a generous donation from landlady Sharon Davies.

Gig promoter Darren Dodds would like to thank the acts who performed on the night - Jasmine Lingard, Jake Newby, and The Ultraviolet - and everybody who came along and helped make the evening a success.

The next King’s Head fundraising gig for the skate park appeal will take place from 8pm on Friday May 13, featuring Lincoln rock band Striped Sight and Louth band Dukes de Luda. Young local musician Jasmine Lingard will also perform on the night.

The entry fee will be £3. Age 16+.
