A furniture reuse charity is expanding to cover Horncastle and its surrounding villages.
Renew, which currently covers Louth, is expanding its collection reach by 15 miles.
Staff at Renew say people in their new coverage areas have not previously had charities where they were able to donate unwanted furniture.
Renew has decided to send a van to do collection runs from the Horncastle area once a week.
The charity says it will help people to get rid of old furniture and boost its stock level as well.
Renew’s Phil Bridge said: “We are hoping that this will increase the scope of the charity and the charity will be serving a much wider catchment area as well as some of the smaller villages in the area.
“Covering this greater area will allow us to help people who live further afield and will also help the environment by reducing landfill and people are more able to recycle unwanted furniture.”
If you would like to donate an item call Phil Bridge at Renew on 01507 602903 and he will arrange a collection.
