ELDC service wins excellence award
EAST Lindsey District Council’s Building Control Service, Lincs Building Consultancy, has been awarded the Customer Service Excellence Standard by the Government’s Cabinet Office.
The Standard was developed by the Cabinet Office to offer public services a practical tool for driving change within their organisation for the benefit of the customer.
It tests the areas that are a priority for customers, with an emphasis on delivery, timeliness, information, professionalism and staff attitude.
The assessment concluded that Lincs Building Consultancy is compliant with the Excellence Standard, as well as identifying areas for future improvement.
