Lincolnshire Police area appealing for information after properties in Elmhirst Avenue were broken in to.
Today (Friday, August 23) a burglary occurred between 9.30am and 11am with an offender gaining entry by forcing the lock on a conservatory door and then making an untidy search of drawers and cupboards.
Two watches were stolen - incident number 149.
Incident 293 was reported at 3.13pm from another property in the same street and appears to be a sneak-in burglary.
The offender accessed the house, possibly while the occupant was hanging out washing, and stole a leopard-paint handbag containing a purse with cash.
The landlord of a third property in Elmhirst Avenue reported that a garage linked to the address may have been entered but nothing appears to have been stolen.
Residents are being asked to be vigilant to any suspicious activity, vehicles or person and to take extra care with home security.
