Alvingham man charged with exposing his genitals

A man has denied three charges of intentionally exposing his genitals in Alvingham and Louth.

Lee Knowles, 52, of Yarburgh Road in Alvingham, has pleaded not guilty to three counts of intentionally exposing his genitals, intending that someone that would see them and be caused alarm or distress.

Knowles allegedly committed the offence at a property in Church Lane, Alvingham, on two separate occasions between January 1 and December 31, 2013.

He is charged with committing the same offence at a property in Coronation Close, Louth, on September 29 last year.

Knowles pleaded not guilty to all three charges when he appeared at Skegness Magistrates’ Court on May 3, and he elected to face a summary trial.

He was remanded on conditional bail until the morning of July 15, when he is due to appear at Skegness Magistrates’ Court for the trial.
