Traffic lights - Suggestion to ease congestion

The congestion at the traffic lights appears to be significantly worse this year.

It must be very frustrating for residents and motorists alike.

I wonder if the traffic light sequence times need reviewing to cope with the seasonal increase of vehicles on the A158?

I often visit Horncastle to enjoy the shops and cafés but not this year.

By the time I pass through the traffic lights all I want to do is get on my way.

Can this traffic problem be improved or is it something else we can blame on “Brexit” as more holiday makers are heading to the East Coast?!
