School tables - Banovallum is excellent
I would like to join those who have praised the excellent staff at Banovallum School.
I don’t agree with the league table system – one or two ‘bad apples’ in a particular year can have a major impact on results.
My own children went to the school and did very well.
The teachers do a first class job. The leadership is excellent but, at the end of the day, it often comes down to the fact that it is difficult for any teacher in any school if pupils don’t actually want to learn.
You can hardly given them a clip around the ear any more.
