LETTER: Parent parking in Woodhall Spa not inconsiderate

I have recently read your article in last week’s ‘paper ‘inconsiderate parents’ regarding parents parking at Woodhall Spa cricket pitch when taking their children to school.

I have parked here for a number of years taking my children to and from school. I was told by a member of the cricket club that this was the better place to park.

I don’t park here to save myself time walking to school or to ruin the cricket pitch its self, I do so for the safety of my children and others.

There is no notice and no one has ever told me not to park here.

Vehicles can get by while other cars are parked sensibly.

If parents are banned from parking here parents may choose to move back across to school making that’s area unsafe for the children.
