Bypass - Traffic seems to be worse
I quite agree with everyone suggesting Horncastle needs a bypass. We know Jubilee Way was built, but that was a long time ago.
Traffic has now increased and it was definitely worse than ever this summer.
I wonder if it has anything to do with the traffic lights at the junction of the Bull Ring with Jubilee Way?
Ever since the council installed new lights, it seems the build-ups are worse.
