These members of the Lincoln Red Cattle Society have every right to looked pleased.
They’ve just ended a 32 year wait to win a prestigious trophy.
The ‘team’ are all owners of Lincoln Reds that secured the Duke of Norfolk Trophy at the renowned Smithfield Festival.
What’s remarkable is that two of the team - Goulceby based Simon Coulter and Emma Benge - weren’t even born the last time the Society won the trophy in 1982.
Together with fellow team members Christina Tyrrell, Julie Evans and Tommy Charlton, Simon and Emma are pictured above at a special celebratory lunch organised by the Society at the Admiral Rodney Hotel.
