Free cookery lessons offer recipe for a healthier life
FREE cookery sessions in Horncastle, funded by the NHS and East Lindsey District Council, will begin again in February.
The weekly session, part of a two month course, will start on Wednesday February 1 at Stanhope Hall, taking place from 1.30pm until 3.30pm.
The course includes basic cookery skills, healthy eating, cooking on a budget as well as making use of local and seasonal produce.
Tracey Brown, Food for Life Officer explains; “These sessions are open for anyone to attend and are a fun way to learn quick and easy tips to make healthy changes to your lifestyle.
“Perfect for anybody who has made healthy eating part of their New Year’s resolutions.”
