Woodhall Spa school plans new extension

An application for a single storey extension at St Andrews CoE School was among the agenda items at a meeting of Woodhall Spa Parish Council’s planning committee yesterday (Tuesday).

Reyland Design Services Ltd have submitted plans to East Lindsey District Council for the extension at the school, which is based in King Edward Crescent.

If approved, the work would feature two new rooms along with alterations to the existing building.

The extension would also feature a timber clad wall.

Parish councillors also debated plans for the erection of a house and detached single garage at a property on Tor-o-Moor Road. It would involve demolishing an existing detached garage.

Another agenda item included plans for a ‘minerals site’ at Mill Farm, Lodge Road, Tattershall.

Owners have applied for permission to erect three breeder pullet rearing units, a biomass boiler and two feed silos.

Developers have submitted revised plans regarding homes at Bennetts Mill.
