A time capsule donated by Lincolnshire Aviation
Heritage was buried by St Andrew’s Primary School
children, in Woodhall Spa.

The children learned about the history of the village since D-Day, 70 years ago, and went to Thorpe Camp and East Kirkby Aviation Centre to film what they thought childhood there would have been like during the last 100 years.

A film about the current Woodhall Spa was placed in the time capsule so that its memory could carry on once it had been buried Friday June 6. Items from each class were put inside the capsule, as well as two films made by the school which will be entered into this year’s LAFTA Award Ceremony.

The school hopes to win a LAFTA trophy for the fourth year.
