Tetford school is top of the class!

The Edward Richardson Primary School in Tetford has been awarded the British Council’s International School award for a fourth consecutive time.

The accolade is in recognition of the school’s outstanding work to bring the world into the classroom.

Pupils have taken part in a number of special events including a ‘live’ performance of a song, jointly written with their partner school in Chennai.

Andrew Hyde, the school’s head and international coordinator, said: “We are all very proud and pleased to have reached this milestone of recognition. We are now thinking about our fifth award in 2015.”
