It’s all smiles from children at Tattershall Primary School as they have been given a boost by shoppers at the village Lincolnshire Co-op store.

The school has received £216.17 from the Co-op’s ‘Community Champions’ scheme, which gives a proportion of what people spend in the Tattershall shop to a chosen cause.

Headteacher Janette Davey thanked the Co-op, staff and parents for their continued support. The money will go towards buying new microphones which can be used in school performances.

Some of the children are pictured here with store manager Martin Ward.
