Trio plead guilty to tresspass 
and game pursuit charges

Lincolnshire Police have sent out a warning to potential trespassers after three men pleaded guilty to pursuit charges.

Kristan Fenwick, of Hawkstone Close, Guisborough, Paul Greaves, of Nightingale Avenue, Darlington, and Michael Haley, of Helena Way, Bradford, pleaded guilty at Skegness Magistrates’ Court to charges of trespassing land at Thorpe Tilney Fen, Woodhall Spa, in search or pursuit of game, woodcocks, snipes or coneys.

Fenwick and Haley were each fined £335, ordered to pay a £33 victim surcharge and costs of £85. Greaves was fined £200, with a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.

The offence occurred on November 23 last year and they also pleaded guilty to trespassing at Timberland Fen.
