Teenager is fined for traffic offence

A teenager from Horncastle has been fined £50 after admitting driving a motor scooter without due care and attention.

The 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty at East Lincolnshire Youth Court. He was also ordered to pay cost of £85. The offence took place in Tunby Road, Coningsby, in March.
