Sentimental jewellery taken in Horncastle burglary

A large amount of sentimental jewellery has been stolen from a house in Horncastle.

The items were taken from a house in Jobson Road some time between September 24 and October 10.

One of the pieces was a rose gold chain bracelet with a number of charms, including a little gold box with a folded old pound note visible through a window, a gold bible, a gold boot, a gold church, a gold wagon and a gold ball in a claw. Also taken was a small oval jade pendant stone.

The jewellery had great sentimental value.
