Sentence for alleged trespasser

After being charged with trespassing on railway lines in November a man from Horncastle is due to be sentenced at Skegness Magistrates’ Court.

Daniel Preston, of Churchill Avenue, is alleged to have trespassed on railway lines at Wainfleet on November 25 last year.

He will next appear in court on March 15.
