Motorists docked points in court
A MOTORIST from Horncastle has been fined £615 for driving without insurance.
Marek Hyde, of Linden Road, was also had to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £43 in costs.
He was also docked eight points off his driving licence after guilt was proved in his absence at Skegness Magistrates’ Court last week.
Also appearing at Skegness Magistrates’ Court, Terence Chandler, of Elmhirst Road, Horncastle, was fined £80 after pleading guilty to driving without due care and attention on the A153.
Mr Chandler was also docked six points from his driving licence as well as made to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £43 in costs.
