Man kicked while lying in street

A 28-YEAR-OLD man suffered facial injuries after being knocked to the ground and kicked in High Street, Coningsby shortly after 3am on Sunday.

The man, from Scunthorpe, was taken to Lincoln County Hospital.

A 22-year-old man from Woodhall Spa and a 24-year-old man from Lincoln were arrested on suspicion of assault.

They were released on bail until August 15.
