Man denies speed camera attack

A-32-YEAR old Horncastle man denied attacking a speed camera with a hammer while standing on the roof of his car when he appeared at Skegness Magistrates’ Court last Tuesday, June 26.

Daniel Paul Waller of Old Bain Court, Conging Street is accused of committing the offence in Butt Lane, Tattershall at around 11.30pm on May 28.

Mr Waller also pleaded not guilty a second charge of driving with excess alcohol on the same evening.

He will stand trial on September 28.
